I'm so excited to share my first program with all of my amazing followers and newbies, too!
Starting on Monday, August 26, 2013, I will be doing a 4 week comprehensive program with anyone who wants to join in!
Join me in just a few short weeks to start your fitness routine before the Fall season! By the time Fall rolls around, you'll be fit and ready to take on a new challenge!

- I am a fitness instructor with almost 2 years of experience with a variety of individuals
- I work at a physical therapy company in the strength and conditioning department where I help many athletes and non-athletes in achieving their goals
- I will graduate in December with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, showing that I have the knowledge to back up what I preach.
