That was extremely challenging for me! I was already tired from the first six miles, but I told myself to push through the last two miles, 30 seconds at a time! I ran at a 10:00 min/mile pace, then cranked it up to 8:30 to 9:00 min/mile pace. The awesome thing about it all was that even though I was exhausted, I felt AMAZING afterwards! I got one heck of a calorie burn today!
